Chris Lefebvre
Founder & Principal
Chris Lefebvre, founder and Principal of Bawaadan Consulting Inc., is a proud member of Mattagami First Nation. Chris brings over 16 years of experience working with Indigenous communities in various capacities. His extensive career includes roles at Shell Canada, Scotiabank, and the Nation of Mattagami First Nation. Most recently, Chris served as the head of business development for the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation. His diverse background and deep understanding of Indigenous issues make him a dynamic leader in promoting economic inclusion and advancing economic reconciliation.
Brontë Campbell
Consultant
Brontë Campbell, a passionate advocate forequality and equity among minority and underrepresented groups, is a Métis woman who has driven Indigenous-focused dialogues across various sectors including government, non-profits, and global corporations. She has played a pivotal role in Indigenous strategy committees and equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives, ensuring these efforts permeate throughout organizations. Leveraging her expertise, Brontë also contributed to launching Canada’s inaugural Indigenous internet-based cognitive behavioural therapy (iCBT) program. She holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and political science from Toronto Metropolitan University.
